Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Within Croatia)
1. Standard Shipping: Delivery within Croatia usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the courier service.
2. Express Shipping: Faster delivery is available within 1–2 business days for an additional fee.
3. Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to all orders over 100€.
International Shipping
1. Standard International Shipping: Delivery outside of Croatia takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and the courier service.
2. Customs & Duties: The customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Conditions
1. Return Window: Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
2. Product Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
3. Exceptions: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective. Art prints/Paintings are non-returnable.
Return Process
1. Contact Support: Contact our customer support via email at ivana@histeriaconceptstore.hr or by phone at +385 (0)91 621 40 82 to initiate the return process.
2. Shipping the Item: Carefully pack the product and ship it to our address, making sure to include the invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
Refunds
1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
2. Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
1. Eligibility for Exchanges: Product exchange is possible if the size is incorrect or if the product does not meet your expectations.
2. Exchange Process: Please contact our customer support to arrange an exchange. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item.
